EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – NORTHCENTRAL REGIONAL ATV TRAIL (NRAT) NETWORK
The Councils of Government (COG) and the Northcentral Regional ATV Trail (NRAT) Network are seeking a full-time Executive Director to lead and manage the operations, development, and promotion of a growing regional ATV/UTV trail system serving Clinton, Lycoming, Potter, and Tioga Counties.
This leadership position will oversee daily operations, strategic planning, grant administration, stakeholder engagement, trail development, financial management, marketing, and community outreach while working closely with the Executive Board, municipalities, state agencies, and community partners.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills with experience in recreation management, nonprofit or public sector leadership, economic development, or related fields. Grant writing and budget management experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of five years of management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the NRAT region required. Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
