Payroll / Accounts Payable

The Payroll and Accounts Payable functions support the financial operations of Potter County by ensuring employees and vendors are paid accurately and on time. This office is responsible for processing payroll, managing employee compensation records, reviewing and paying invoices, and maintaining compliance with county, state, and federal requirements. Working closely with all county departments, Payroll and Accounts Payable help ensure responsible stewardship of public funds and the smooth day-to-day operation of county government. The public and vendors most often interact with this office regarding payments, invoicing, and payroll-related questions.
