Reservation of County Facilities
The Potter County Commissioners offer a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces available for reservation by members of the public and community organizations. These spaces can accommodate meetings, events, gatherings, and special occasions.
Each facility has its own rules and regulations, which must be followed during use. These, along with reservation forms and usage policies can be found at the bottom of this page.
To request a reservation, please complete the Reservation Form and review the Building Usage Policy. Forms can be submitted via email to the Executive Secretary at pbarroqueiro@pottercountypa.net. Please note: Submission of a reservation form does not guarantee that your requested space is reserved. A confirmation will be provided once availability has been reviewed and approved.
Front Conference Room
Located in the Gunzburger Building (1 N Main St., Coudersport, PA), this space is ideal for small meetings and presentations. It features a TV for presentations, a call-in bridge, and can accommodate up to 20 individuals.
Auditorium
Also located in the Gunzburger Building (1 N Main St., Coudersport, PA), the auditorium is well-suited for larger meetings, presentations, and events. It includes multiple TVs for presentations, Microsoft Teams capability, recording capability, a sound system, and a call-in bridge. This space can accommodate approximately 80 individuals.
Courthouse Square
Located on the courthouse square in Coudersport (1 E Second St., Coudersport, PA), this outdoor space serves as a central gathering place for the community. It regularly hosts well-known events such as the Potter County Maple Festival, the Falling Leaves Festival, and the Potter County Farmers Market, along with many other local activities. The courtyard is well-suited for public events, community gatherings, and seasonal celebrations. Capacity and accommodations may vary depending on the type of event, and all usage must follow applicable guidelines and regulations.
Saulter Preserve
This outdoor space (Bryant Rd., Coudersport PA) offers a scenic natural setting ideal for gatherings, celebrations, and special events. The preserve provides a peaceful environment with open green space and access to walking trails, making it a popular choice for parties, weddings, and community events. Capacity and accommodations may vary depending on the type of event, and all usage must follow applicable guidelines and regulations.
North Fork Dam
This outdoor location (N Fork Rd., Harrison Valley PA) offers a scenic waterfront setting with a small pavilion, making it ideal for more intimate gatherings and small events. Surrounded by natural beauty, the area provides a peaceful backdrop suitable for casual celebrations and community use. Due to the size of the space, it is best suited for smaller groups. All usage must follow applicable guidelines and regulations.
