Public Notice

Pa. Act 3 of 2008, Pennsylvania’s Right To Know Law (effective Jan. 1, 2009), clarifies the responsibilities of public agencies to provide access to
public information. Act 3 spells out specifically what constitutes public information/records, and what documents/records must be kept confidential.

File An Appeal

If Potter County’s Right to Know Officer does not respond to your request to your satisfaction, you have the right to file an appeal with the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records within 15 business days of the response or lack thereof.
