Pa. Act 3 of 2008, Pennsylvania’s Right To Know Law (effective Jan. 1, 2009), clarifies the responsibilities of public agencies to provide access to
public information. Act 3 spells out specifically what constitutes public information/records, and what documents/records must be kept confidential.
